Lutein is a carotenoid found in dark leafy green vegetables such as spinach. Lutein is highly concentrated in the macula, the part of the eye responsible for central vision. Bausch & Lomb PreserVision® Lutein brand contains 5 mg of FloraGlo Lutein per soft gel, which gives you 10 mg of lutein per day.
