Ingredients

Ingredients: Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (as DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate), Gelatin, Glycerin, Soybean Oil, Zinc oxide, Vitamin A (as beta-carotene), Soy Lecithin, Yellow Beeswax, Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent), Cupric oxide.  Colours: Titanium dioxide (E171), Sunset Yellow FCF (E110), Allura Red AC (E129), Brilliant Blue FCF (E133).

Directions

Directions: 2 Soft Gels daily; 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening taken with meals.
