1. Introduction

This Modern Slavery Statement (the “Statement ”) has been prepared by Bausch & Lomb U.K. Limited (the “Company”) for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 (“Statement Period”) , which is required under the U.K. Modern Slavery Act 2015.

The Company is a subsidiary of Bausch + Lomb Corporation, a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporation Act and headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the “BLCO” . Bausch + Lomb Corporation has prepared a Modern Slavery Report in accordance with Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act of the same period as the Statement Period, available here: Bausch + Lomb Corporation Modern Slavery Report (“BCLO Report”). The BCLO Report outlines the policies, procedures, and due diligence processes in place across the entire Bausch + Lomb group to prevent and address modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains.

As part of the Bausch + Lomb group, the Company adheres to the policies and processes detailed in the BCLO Report, including our Global Human Rights Policy and comes under the global compliance and governance programmes of Bausch + Lomb Corporation.

2. Supply Chain of the Company

The Company’s most important direct suppliers are our related Bausch + Lomb group entities that supply us with medicines, medical devices, vitamin and mineral supplements, and other consumer products that we distribute. These suppliers operate according to Bausch + Lomb group’s policies and procedures including those outlined in the BLCO Report. The Company’s non-related direct suppliers reflect those of Bausch + Lomb group (as described in the BLCO Report).

3. Modern Slavery Risks

We believe that modern slavery risks in the Company’s own operations are low for the reasons highlighted in the Company Structure and Governance section of the BLCO Report. The assessment and management of modern slavery risks of the Company reflect those of Bausch + Lomb group as set out in the BLCO Report. The policies and due diligence process described in the BLCO Report taken by Bausch + Lomb group, which are designed to assess, mitigate, and manage the risk of forced labour and child labour, are applicable to Company.

4. Approval and Attestation

This Statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the Statement Period. In accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act and guidance thereunder, and solely for purposes of compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act, this Statement was approved on 26 June 2025 by the board of directors of the Company.
